Healthcare technology. I joined when the company was WebMD; it rebranded to Emdeon during my tenure. Designed and developed several internal and customer-facing products — most notably the 24/7 Client Support Tool, Online Enrollment, the NOAH CRM, and WIRE. Promoted from Web Developer II to Supervisor, leading the development effort that scaled the 24/7 product from 5k to 50k users.

Recognition
"Mike was my Lead developer when I contracted with Emdeon to help with Mike's efforts to bring the '24/7' project to a milestone from 5k to 50k users. It was smooth as a result of Mike's constant efforts to assure a very well working product. […] He can pull everything he needs into an efficient working deliverable product in a fraction of the time virtually anyone else I know." — Dan Wygant, reported to Mike at Emdeon
