Ecteon's flagship product — a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform for enterprises with complex contracting requirements. Mike ported the original Delphi / Win32 client to a layered .NET architecture (C# and VB.NET) and built the web application that mirrored and then expanded on it: ASP.NET (WebForms, later MVC / Web API) over SQL Server and Oracle, with a custom serializable data layer, DocuSign e-signatures, SAML single sign-on, and a security model meeting OWASP / HIPAA / HITECH requirements.
